Deleting your data

You can remove OpenSeat's access and delete your data at any time.

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram only

1. Sign in to OpenSeat and open Settings → Instagram & Facebook.
2. Tap Disconnect Instagram and Facebook. We delete the stored access tokens immediately, and nothing further is posted.

You can also remove OpenSeat from Facebook directly: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove OpenSeat.

Delete everything

1. Sign in to OpenSeat and open Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account and type your business name to confirm.
3. We delete your account, settings, photos, generated posts, posting history and stored tokens.

Can't sign in? Email openseatnow2026@gmail.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your data within 30 days.

Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there until you delete them on those platforms.
